Alkyne hydrazide bifunctional linker reagent is an adapter molecule which is useful to attach terminal alkyne group to a carbonyl group of aldehydes and ketones. Carbonyl groups are encountered in proteins subjected to oxidative stress. Many small natural molecules are also carbonyl compounds. Most saccharides, as well as RNAs contain 1,2-diol fragments which can be oxidized with periodate to aldehydes, which in turn react with hydrazides.

Sulfo-Cyanine3 NHS ester
Water soluble sulfo-Cyanine3 SE activated ester for amino-biomolecule labeling.Coumarin 343 X azide
Coumarin 343 is a blue emitting fluorophore that can serve as a FRET donor for fluorescein (FAM). This azide derivative can be conjugated with alkynes by Click chemistry. An extended linker arm between the fluorophore and the azide group enhances solubility, and provides spatial separation between the dye and the biomolecule.EdU (5-ethynyl-2'-deoxyuridine)
EdU is a nucleoside which is incorporated into replicated DNA by cellular enzymes. After it, DNA contained in the cells can be developed by Click chemistry reaction with fluorescent dye azides to reveal cell proliferation.General properties
