Fluorescence polarization in Applications
A selection of dyes that are especially suitable for fluorescence polarization assays. Based on fluorescence anisotropy, it is convenient to create high-performance analytical methods that determine the binding of molecules. For these purposes, fluorophores with a sufficiently long excited state lifetime are suitable. They can be used to synthesize tracers — small molecules containing a fluorescent label and a fragment whose binding is to be detected
