Fluorophore chart
AF 700 is a near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent dye with superior brightness, high quantum yield, and low background fluorescence. AF 700 possesses a polymethine cyanine backbone with sulfonated aromatic rings, enhancing both hydrophilicity and photostability. AF 700 is optimized for use in biological fluorescence imaging, flow cytometry, and in vivo optical studies where minimal spectral overlap and deep tissue penetration with reduced scattering are desired.
AF 700 carboxylic acid
A highly photostable, water-soluble, near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent dye with a carboxylic acid reactive group.
