Fluorophore chart
AF 546 is a bright orange-red xanthene-based fluorophore widely used for labeling proteins, nucleic acids, and other biomolecules in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, and immunoassay applications. AF 546 exhibits high molar absorptivity and strong fluorescence, providing intense signal output even at a low degree of labeling (DOL). The dye demonstrates good resistance to photobleaching, which is particularly important for prolonged confocal or widefield imaging.
AF 546 NHS ester
Rhodamine-based fluorescent dye designed for covalent labeling of biomolecules at primary amines.
