Alkyne tyramide is a bifunctional molecule containing tyramide and alkyne residues. It is an alternative labeling substrate that can be used for tyramide signal amplification (TSA) and subsequent Copper-catalyzed Azide-Alkyne Cycloaddition (CuAAC) click reaction. It is also a clickable ascorbate peroxidase 2 (APEX2) probe, which enables biotin-independent detection of labeled proteins.
