Good stains for your NA

Good news and good stains for your nucleic acids!

Now, we produce a series of dyes to stain DNA and RNA in gels and PCR probes.

Ribo488

Ribo488

Ribo488 enables the detection of the RNA/dye complex fluorescence with high selectivity and linear dependence across a wide range of RNA concentrations. It can be used in RT-PCR, Northern blot, RNase protection assays, and to construct cDNA libraries.

PreciseGreen

PreciseGreen

PreciseGreen is a fluorescent dye specific for double-stranded DNA (dsDNA). The dye exhibits a linear fluorescence response to dsDNA concentrations in the range of low pg/mL to high ng/mL.

dsGreen

dsGreen

dsGreen is a sensitive dsDNA binding dye that can be used for routine DNA detection in agarose and polyacrylamide gels. Unlike ethidium bromide, dsGreen is highly selective towards double-stranded DNA, much less harmful, and offers better sensitivity.

ssGreen

ssGreen

ssGreen is a highly sensitive stain for post-electrophoresis staining of RNA and single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) in agarose or polyacrylamide gels. ssGreen is not selective for RNA staining but exhibits a higher quantum yield when bound to RNA than double-stranded DNA.

dsGold

dsGold

dsGold is an asymmetrical cyanine dye used to stain dsDNA, ssDNA, and RNA in electrophoretic gels. The presence of dsGold in stained gels does not interfere with T4 DNA ligase, Taq polymerase, restriction endonucleases, or Northern or Southern blotting.

dsSafe

dsSafe

dsSafe is a fluorescent dye for nucleic acid staining in agarose and polyacrylamide gels. dsSafe is the best and safer alternative to ethidium bromide (EtBr); it was shown to be less toxic, non-mutagenic, and non-carcinogenic.
