Our DOTA and TETA are macrocyclic ligands widely used as a complexing agents, especially for lanthanide ions. These complexes have research and medical applications as contrast agents and cancer treatments. Lumiprobe offers bifunctional linkers with lanthanide chelators for labeling of various biomolecules.
DOTA-PEG4-amine contains a terminal amino group, DOTA moiety, and a linear PEG chain as a linker. It is widely used for biomolecule labeling in the imaging diagnostics field due to the DOTA’s chelating properties and a highly reactive amine group.
DOTA-PEG4-azide is a linker containing chelating and azide groups separated by a long hydrophilic PEG4 spacer. It can be used to label alkyne-containing radiotherapeutic agents or imaging probes and detect labeled tumors with PET, SPECT, and CT methods.
TETA-PEG4-azide is a linker containing azide group for conjugation with alkyne-containing biomolecules and TETA, a complexing agent for di- and trivalent metal ions. TETA-labeled molecules are used as organic ligands in MRI, SPECT, or target-specific radiopharmaceuticals.
Oxabiphor acid is a chelator for the synthesis of lanthanide tetraphosphonate complexes. Due to its complexation properties, it is used for radionuclide delivery in diagnostic and radiopharmaceutical applications.
