AF 430 is a sulfonated coumarin dye with emission in the yellow-green region of the spectrum that is useful for flow cytometry and antibody labeling. The fluorescence is constant in wide range of pH values.
This particular derivative contains a terminal alkyne group that is suitable for copper catalyzed CuAAС reaction.
