AF 568 is a bright, orange-fluorescent dye with high fluorescence quantum yield and high photostability. AF 568 is a water-soluble, pH-insensitive dye. AF 568 is useful in super-resolution microscopy, particularly in stochastic optical reconstruction microscopy (STORM), as a reporter in dSTORM.
