Shipping and returns

Lumiprobe sells and delivers products world-wide.

The payment can be performed by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover; credit cards are processed by PayPal system), by PayPal, or using bank transfer. Please contact us to learn how to pay using bank transfer.

Your order will be shipped within 3 days after payment (for products in Lumiprobe catalog). The world-wide delivery usually takes 2 to 5 days.

For orders below $400, a flat-rate delivery fee of $90 applies. For orders above $400, the delivery is free.

Customer can return the product if you s/he is not satisfied within 7 days after delivery. The customer will be asked to return the product to Lumiprobe. For products in Lumiprobe catalog, the customer is not required to provide any explanations, although comments on the reason of dissatisfaction are very encouraged. For custom synthesis products, such as custom oligonucleotide probes, the customer should provide data indicating product defect, such as HPLC profile.
