BHQ-1 (Black Hole Quencher 1) CPG is a controlled pore glass solid support for 3'-modification of oligonucleotide. Primary application is synthesis of TaqMan and molecular beacon probes for qPCR.
BHQ-1 is ideal quencher for qPCR probes containing FAM, R110, R6G, and JOE dyes.
1000 Å pore size makes this support useful for the synthesis of oligonucleotides of up to 100 mer.
This product is compatible with oligo synthesis kits provided by Luimprobe.
