Custom dual-labeled probe synthesis
The service of custom labeled oligonucleotide and dual-labeled probe synthesis is provided by Lumiprobe.
The probes are synthesized from dyes produced by Lumiprobe (or commercial dyes) using automated phosphoramidite chemistry. The purification is performed by PAGE and subsequent HPLC. This ensures optimal probe quality, highest purity and reproducibility.
Most fluorescent dyes are attached to the DNA using our Click-chemistry based technology. Some are introduced using Lumiprobe or other commercially available phosphoramidites.
